The Leiber Collection invites the community to begin the day with a Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath led by local instructor Erica Velasquez on Friday, July 10, at 9:30 a.m.

A lifelong member of the East End community, Velasquez graduated from Amagansett School, East Hampton Middle School, and East Hampton High School, and currently resides full-time in Springs.

Erica will be teaching her Evolveast Yoga & Sound bath styled class, which will include breathing exercises, gentle yoga pose stretches, with a closing savasana accompanied by a soothing sound bath featuring a variety of instruments intended to inspire relaxation and inner peace.

Participants of all experience levels are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and/or a large beach blanket for comfort.

The class is offered by donation, making this special wellness experience accessible to all.
